Chuck has over 30 years of Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality Assurance experience in manufacturing as well as retail environments and has a proven track record in managing and building successful engineering and product development organizations for manufacturers of a wide range of products.
In 2011, Chuck joined True Value Company as the Director of Quality, where he spearheads product quality initiatives resulting in reduced customer returns and increased customer satisfaction. He previously held senior-level positions at Harbor Freight Tools, Mechanics Tools Product Group of The Stanley Works, and Ingersoll-Rand Air Tools.
Chuck is a Certified Six Sigma Greenbelt and holds an MBA degree from Southern Methodist University - Cox School of Business Dallas Texas, MS ME from Oklahoma State University, Stillwater Oklahoma, and BS CE from University of Arkansas, Fayetteville Arkansas.
