Grace Chou

Senior Director, Indirect and Reverse Logistics Target Corporation

Grace Chou is Sr. Director on the Global Supply Chain and Logistics team at Target, where she leads the Indirect Inventory Optimization and Reverse Dispositioning Strategy & Sustainability Team. In this role, she is responsible for inventory management and supplier performance management for indirect goods. Additionally, Grace oversees the reverse dispositioning management of all end of life goods – retail and indirect.  With over 13 years of experience previous to this role, Grace has held various strategy and operations roles within several departments at Target including Corporate Responsibility, Customer Service Operations, and Security. She holds a M.S. in Engineering Management from George Washington University in addition to both a B.S. in System Engineering and a B.A. in Cognitive Science from the University of Virginia.  She currently serves on the board of the Minnesota Zoo.
