Jan’s broad Quality expertise covers over 20 years of global supply chain exposure, with senior responsibility at both the tactical and strategic level. His experiences cover end-to-end deployment of world class yet pragmatic Quality Assurance processes in the areas of Warranty, Manufacturing, Advanced Product Quality, Product Testing and Supply Chain that includes Reversed Logistics. Jan has extensive international exposure and was instrumental in developing a reversed logistics process at Allegion.
