Vice President, Returns, Damages & Recommerce Best Buy

Jeremy is responsible for leading the strategy, financial performance,operations, and risk management of a multi-billion dollar portfolio of non-new inventory within the Recommerce and Reverse Logistics Supply Chain for Best Buy, including inventory across customer returns, damages, trade-in, end of life, recall, recycling, waste, and/or other nontraditional inventory streams. Jeremy also leads a cross-functional team consisting of operations, technology, business development, sales, analytics, inventory management, and environmental services with the goal of optimizing recovery, building sustainable operational processes, and the development of recommerce and reverse logistics technologies.
