Nate Omann has been with Best Buy for 19 years working in Services, on Merchant Teams and as a Program Lead.  Currently, he is a Reverse Logistics Director where he and his team are setting strategy & leading efforts to reduce Returns/Exchanges & Product Damages while improving Customer & Retail experiences. Nate works closely with Product Vendors, Merchants and many other Internal teams to identify areas of opportunity.  In addition, his team builds analytical tools to help identify solutions for problematic skus, locations and processes.
