Tom Orlando is a Reverse Logistics Manager at U.S. Cellular. He is an APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional,  six sigma blackbelt and received his MBA from The Ohio State University.  He has over 12 years of reverse logistics experience in consumer electronics and telecom.  In his current role he is the on site manager for returns, test and repair located at U.S. Cellular’s 3rd party service provider in Fort Worth, TX.
