Tommy McGuire joined Echo Environmental in 2012 and was promoted to president of the company in April 2016.

Echo Environmental, an IT asset management company assisting with reverse logistics and supply chain located in Carrollton, Texas, is an industry leader in maximizing residual value for clients and protecting their proprietary information, while emphasizing environmental responsibility. 

Under McGuire’s leadership, Echo has grown rapidly due to new revenue streams created by the company. Recent initiatives include emphases on reverse logistics, asset management and repurposing, and recycling cellular phones and solar panels.

Formally in corporate insurance, he now utilizes those relationships to help grow the IT asset management sector of Echo. McGuire is passionate about the environmental and financial opportunities of his industry.

In recent speaking engagements at the EarthX conference in Dallas and at Harvard University, McGuire emphasized his belief that good business and environmental responsibility can and should go together. McGuire’s beliefs are congruent with Echo’s motto: “Taking care of business, taking care of the Earth.”

McGuire is a Dallas native, with and undergraduate degree from Texas Christian University, and recently completed his MBA at Southern Methodist University.
