Tony has over 30 years of sales, marketing, and reverse logistics experience in the consumer electronics industry with manufacturers such as Philips and Sony. In 1998, Tony pioneered a Returns Management Department at Philips and focused on activities to drive down returns and associated costs. Tony worked with both external customers and internal business groups to devise and implement various returns and customer satisfaction initiatives that are still recognized as best-in-class industry practices.
